What Our Customers Are Saying

We were looking for a reasonably priced piano for my family. After visiting many piano stores in the Bucks and Montgomery County area, we finally found a great experience at Grafton’s Piano & Organ. The selection and playability of the pianos at Grafton’s was superior to the competition. Evidently they keep their pianos in tune and regulated so that it is much easier to choose the right piano since you are hearing and playing the piano at it’s best. The sales staff (Tom) was great as Tom’s vast industry experience and his cool patience with us provided a memorable shopping experience. We played every piano in the store and found a number of pianos worth owning. We finally settled on a beautifully restored 1936 Baldwin Grand piano.

Once purchased, the delivery went just as smooth. As Grafton’s uses their own delivery team and truck, you don’t have to worry about a contracted furniture delivery service messing up your new purchase. The Grafton delivery team was great to work with, they were very patient as we asked them to move the piano a few times until it looked correct in the room. They laid down protective coverings and panels to protect the floor. They easily brought the piano into my home and set it up with no damage to the house or the piano. As pianos can be a substantial purchase, not having to be stressed about the purchase and delivery lets you enjoy the piano much more. I am glad to have found Grafton’s. Highly recommended!

“I’ve known Graftons for several decades, personally and for churches I’ve served. I have purchased a 6’1” grand piano, four Allen organs and three hi-end digital pianos from the Grafton organization. In addition they’ve also done expert sound system work in many churches I assist, and many temporary installations of organs and pianos for concerts, graduations, etc.

I have yet to be even slightly disappointed, while observing inadequate capabilities of other similar companies. For me there’s really only one choice”.  (Rudy Lucente)

My husband and I were very fortunate to meet Glenn, one of the owners, who helped us with a big project of moving our 1977 Bösendorfer grand piano from Singapore to Bethlehem, Pa. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain every little detail that we had.

The whole project took a few months. Glenn showed patience, and he was very responsible throughout the long tedious procedure. They did an awesome job of restoring the piano so it’s like new again. The movers were very careful while they were handling the piano. Great team overall.

We purchased a new Kawai K3 piano with the PNOmation II player piano system from Grafton’s. We wanted a player piano for years and were very impressed by the demonstration Glenn provided in the showroom. The sale, delivery and set-up went very smoothly thanks to Glenn and Jim. They were both very patient and detailed when explaining how to use the PNOmation II system.

It is very comforting to know that whenever a problem arises, Glenn and Jim are always happy to lend a hand and make things right again. We can think of no reason why anyone would think of purchasing a piano from any dealer but Grafton Piano & Organ. Their customer service is the best out there. Thank you Glenn and Jim for all your help and patience.

We couldn’t be happier with our Kawai Grand. I’ve played Yamahas and Steinways, but the Kawai was a perfect match for the touch and sound I was seeking. And the Grafton team took my questions for years until we were ready to buy, at which point the entire process from selection and sale to delivery and setup was smooth, friendly, professional, and hassle free.

So pleased with my new Kawai. My intentions were to buy at a ” big box” piano store, but after talking with Tom the sales associate (his knowledge was remarkable), and hearing the price ( I never thought a Kawai would be affordable)… I bought it…I googled the prices of pianos, and seriously, the price for my Kawai was shocking. Sold! Bought! Mine!
