We are family-owned and operated and have been in business for over half a century. We offer tuning, moving, refinishing and complete piano rebuilding. Our factory-trained, in-house technicians service digital pianos, player pianos and church organs. Deliveries and moving are handled by our own experienced movers. A History of Excellence
Our company was founded by Calvin Grafton in 1963. In the begining he started by servicing home organs and then later offered service for Church Organs. Our retail experience began with representing various home organs as well as the new-founded Rodgers Organ company. Finally in 1974 we became the Allen Organ representative. Today we represent the world’s huge and fastest-growing organ builder, Viscount. Much has changed since 1963, but through the years one thing remains the same – our resolve to represent quality products and support what we sell. We’re still family-owned and operated with three generations.

We purchased a new Kawai K3 piano with the PNOmation II player piano system from Grafton’s. We wanted a player piano for years and were very impressed by the demonstration Glenn provided in the showroom. The sale, delivery and set-up went very smoothly thanks to Glenn and Jim. They were both very patient and detailed when explaining how to use the PNOmation II system.
